This talk will focus on operando structural and chemical analysis of carbon electrodes for electrochemical devices. Recent results obtained by operando SAXS, XAFS, DEMS, and thickness measurements will be presented, with emphasis on structural and chemical changes in the electrodes and their relationship to device performance during operation.
